We need to incorporate an Account Manager to our team in Barcelona.
The selected person will follow up the assigned clients and will help in the generation of new sales in accordance with the company’s commercial plan. In order to do so, it will have the support of the Commercial Management, the Pre-Sales Team and members of the Bismart technical team. Likewise, his/her professional career should come from the ICT sector, so we are looking for a person with knowledge in ICT solutions oriented to companies ERP, CRM, SCM, BI… and with experience in Business Intelligence technologies.
The profile must be motivated to understand the needs of companies to offer them the best solutions. Thus, the capacity of active listening, empathy and analysis will be key, as well as high communicative skills to transmit confidence and security when offering solutions highlighting their advantages and benefits.
- University degree: computer engineering, telecommunications engineering, business administration or management or similar
- Experience in Business Intelligence
- A person who has started his or her professional career in tasks of a technical nature (programmer or junior consultant) and has evolved into a Consultant, Project Manager or Salesperson.
- Experience in enterprise-oriented ICT solutions (ERP, CRM, SCM, etc.) and knowledge of basic business processes
