The technological company Bismart, led by Albert Isern and specialized in Big Data and Open Database, presented at the Mobile World Congress its newest software, Face and Emotion Recognition, a unique digital tool, based in the Microsoft cloud.
This idea aims finding hidden behaviour patterns, uncovering new customer segments and identifying shopping behaviours. However, the project emphasizes in the tourism sector. Through a complete facial recognition, the tool provides possible plans in the Catalan city, that could interest the user, depending on his mood and, of course, of his age.
