At present, we are looking for a Presales & Bid Manager, an executive of the sales department to join our team, who, depending on the Director of Presales, will be responsible for drafting bids in response to the RFP request.

The chosen candidate will lead the drafting of offers and the conceptualization of solutions, ensure the fulfillment of all the requirements of the client and highlight the differential value of our solutions. The selected person must have extensive experience in the area of Presales in a technology company. The candidate should be accustomed to understanding what each client needs, developing an initial vision of the solution that each one needs, fully adapting the product or service to ensure the satisfaction and needs of the client.

The Presales Consultant will be responsible for the management of the different proposals for preparation of solutions based on the requirements of the clients, adapting to the maximum to their needs. They will also be responsible for displaying and publicizing the products and services of the company by demonstrating and promoting them, introducing new needs to customers or potential through proof of concept, promoting an idea or concept through the demonstration of their feasibility and potential impact.

Further, they will participate in the creation of marketing documents as well as in any activity that implies development and growth of the business. As an enclave of the Commercial Department, they will attend on time the events organized by the company enhancing the image of the same and taking advantage of these appointments to enshrine the image of Bismart around the world.

Essential skills and knowledge:

  • Extensive experience in the pre-sales phase
  • Experience in demonstration of products/services associated with new technologies
  • Fluent English

Desirable: Sincerity, proactivity, technical know-how, good presence, great negotiation skills, self-confidence, ambition, compulsive need for success, great ability to detect new opportunities.

Availability of incorporation: as soon as possible

Salary b/a: to be determined based on experience (Fixed salary + variable)
