Your main responsibilities will be:
- Responsibility for complete selection processes.
- Publication of offers, headhunting and screening.
- Telephone and face-to-face interviews.
- Language and competence assessment.
- Direct contact with clients to optimise selection processes.
- Activity reports
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or Psychology.
-It is essential to have a high/bilingual level of ENGLISH.
-At least 4-5 years of experience recruiting IT profiles.
-Experience in client management and working with international teams.
-High volume recruitment (managing several selection processes at the same time).
-Strong ability to conduct different types of interviews.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Experience in headhunting tasks.
-Strong decision-making skills.
Desirable:
- Master's degree in HR management, recruitment or similar.
- Experience working in other languages.
- Experience in the selection of Microsoft profiles (Business Intelligence).
